June 17, 2003 – Piano great Bruce Hornsby is set to perform at a special show in New York City that pays tribute to Spike Lee and Terence Blanchard. The concert on June 20th at Carnegie Hall will be billed “The Movie Music of Spike Lee and Terence Blanchard” and feature Hornsby performing two tracks (“Shadowland” and “Love Me Still”), featured in the Spike Lee Films “Bamboozled” and “Clockers.” The event will be hosted by Spike Lee and also feature Angie Stone, Cassandra Wilson, and Terence Blanchard. – by John Beaudin
